Application（应用）:
TCPP(TY-209) is mainly used in the production of soft and hard polyurethane foam, epoxy resin, propylene resin, polystyrene, cellulose acetate, ethyl cellulose tree and phenolic resin, polyvinyl acetate, PVC, and flame retardant and additive flame retardant of rubber and coating. It is especially recommended to use rigid polyurethane foam with excellent thermal conductivity and hydrolysis stability, especially suitable for ASTM84 (II), compound polyurethane foam, unsaturated resin and phenolic plastic. It is also a raw material for BDP production.
Has low viscosity at low temperatures. Usually used in conjunction with antimony trioxide to improve flame retardant efficiency.
磷酸三(2-氯丙基)酯(TCPP）TY-209主要用于软硬聚氨酯泡沫、环氧树酯、丙烯树脂、聚苯乙烯、醋酸纤维素、乙基纤维素树和酚醛树脂、聚醋酸乙烯酯、聚氯乙烯以及橡胶、涂料的阻燃、加型阻燃剂的生产。特别推荐用刚性聚氨酯泡沫中具有优良热导及水解稳定性,特别适用于ASTM84(II),用于化合物聚氨酯泡沫和不饱和树酯及酚醛塑料。同时也是BDP的生产原料。
在低温时具有低粘性。通常还与三氧二锑配合使用,以提高阻燃效率。
